Lightest Double Stroller
When looking for a lightweight double-stroller that folds, the dimensions and weight are key factors to consider. Selecting a stroller that is simple to use and compact when not in use makes it easier to fit into the trunk of your car and navigate through airport security and other foreign streets.
The most lightweight strollers have an easy, light fold and self-standing mechanism that helps lessen the burden on parents' bodies. Several also have a wide selection of seating options and can accommodate infant car seat carriers.
Kolcraft Cloud Plus
Designed for the family who are always on the move. Lightweight and easy to carry in one hand compact fold. The front suspension and all-terrain wheels, as well as the multi-position reclining seats can accommodate children weighing up to 50 pounds. Parent and child trays, large storage basket and 3-tier extended canopy with peek-a-boo window for maximum sun protection.

The Cloud was awarded one of the lowest marks in our tests of quality because it has a flimsy seat made of hard plastic and a style that is dated. It's also more expensive than other strollers that are lighter. This makes it a poor choice for those looking for a budget option.
Although it's not the tiniest double stroller, it has enough features to be worth a look. Its swiveling front wheels make it easy to maneuver on flat surfaces and it is able to jump over curbs with minimal effort unlike other light strollers that veer off course when trying to accomplish the same thing. The Cloud's low handle is a drawback, however; it's nearly at knee level and isn't adjustable. It's uncomfortable to push with your legs dangling in the air like that and it's also not helping that it lacks padding.
During our testing, we discovered that the Cloud was simple to set up and use. Close it is a little more difficult. You need to slide the slider before you press the large white button. This can be a hassle, especially if you're juggling children while doing it.
The Cloud comes with a small, but deep storage basket. It's large enough to accommodate an enormous diaper bag. It's a little narrow however it's likely that you'll need to leave something inside for the back to retrieve it. The Cloud comes with two tray for parents and a child tray each with two cup holders. But both are too narrow for larger cups or bottles.

It can be transformed from a baby to an adult stroller by attaching the car-seat adapters (sold separately) and it's suitable for children ages six months and over.

Joovy Kooper X2
The Kooper X2 double stroller is an excellent option for parents who want an easy-to-use double that can hold two kids. The sling-style seats are comfortable and offer a similar amount of headroom, which allows children to sit side-by-side. double pushchair is unique in that it offers a fully reclined seat, making it a great option for naps. Its recline mechanism is easy to operate but it isn't really flat. Kids who are taller may notice a dangling leg when sitting in a reclined posture. It also features a large canopy, which we found to be more effective in blocking out sun than some other options in our best double strollers review.
The stroller is light enough to easily move through door frames which was a major issue for us with other strollers we tested. It folds easily and the handlebars are close to the ground for easy carrying. Its only downside is its relatively small storage space, which is cramped when full of things for kids.
